The Operators Club: Empowering Security Professionals
The Operators Club was created to foster collaboration, emphasising that it's not just about one individual but about the collective. We empower our users to network and drive a positive change in the industry.
Information Sharepoint
The Information SharePoint (ISP) acts as a centralised repository for valuable resources, and facilitates the sharing of industry news, and also allows members to contribute their expertise, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Operators can read and respond to relevant articles, and also have access to white papers, and case studies, ensuring that we all have access to the latest information that can aid in their professional development, furthermore, the Information Sharepoint encourages dialogue among members, with forums and discussion boards where operators can pose questions, share experiences, and seek advice from their peers.
We have also included the option to let members create their own groups within the Information SharePoint. This feature is designed to enhance user engagement and foster a sense of community among our members.
By allowing individuals to establish their own groups, we are promoting greater autonomy for everyone involved, enabling them to tailor their interactions and discussions according to their specific interests and needs.
The Operator Podcast
The Operator Podcast is designed to serve as a valuable resource for individuals working within the industry, offering them a unique opportunity to engage with a diverse array of perspectives.
The podcasts will feature not only the leading voices of the industry, including subject matter experts (SMEs) and various training providers, but also those who are actively engaged in the field, often referred to as the "boots on the ground." These individuals bring real-world experience and insights that are crucial for understanding the complexities and challenges faced in the industry today.
Listeners can expect a rich tapestry of discussions that delve into various topics relevant to the industry, ranging from innovative practices and emerging trends to practical advice and personal anecdotes from seasoned professionals.
Each episode will be carefully crafted to ensure that it provides meaningful content that resonates with both newcomers and veterans alike.
The inclusion of voices from different levels of the industry helps to create a comprehensive understanding of the landscape, highlighting not only theoretical knowledge but also practical applications and experiences.
The podcasts will vary in length, typically ranging from twenty to forty minutes, making them accessible for listeners who may be on the go or looking to fit learning into their busy schedules, allowing for in-depth conversations while still being concise enough to maintain engagement.
Training and CPD
Another essential component of the Operators Club is the live interactive map, which provides a dynamic overview of national and international training providers and tutors.
This feature is particularly beneficial for operators seeking to enhance their skills and qualifications through various training opportunities. By utilising the map, members can easily locate training providers.
The interactive nature of the map allows for real-time updates, ensuring that operators are always informed about new training options and can connect directly with providers, which not only streamlines the process of finding educational resources but also fosters connections between operators and trainers, enhancing professional relationships within the industry.
Adding your business to the map is easy, and we are encouraging all training providers, both nationally and internationally, to get in touch with us to add their business to our listing.
Networking Events

The events planner serves as a comprehensive calendar of upcoming events, conferences, and networking opportunities specifically designed for private security professionals.
This planner allows members to stay informed about important dates and details relating to the industry, enabling them to plan their attendance accordingly.
By participating in these events, operators can meet fellow professionals, exchange ideas, and establish connections that may lead to future collaborations or job opportunities, additionally, the events planner may feature insights from past events, including summaries and key takeaways that can benefit those who were unable to attend.
